Carolina Catholic Interviews ...

In February, Carolina Catholic will present two shows. In its first show, Carolina Catholic will chat with Father Carlos Miguel Viego, a Wilmington native and an alumnus of St. Mary Catholic Grammar School which he attended in the 1970s. He is a priest in the Diocese of Newark, NJ. For the second show, we will feature the work of Salud Hondu and its 2018 One Cup of Tea fundraiser which will take place Saturday, March 10th, at 2 pm; this year’s theme is The Orient Express circa 1945. Our guests are Penny Cromer, fundraiser chair; John Cromer, MD, president of Salud Hondu; and Laura Vinson, Board member.

These shows will air Saturdays at 11 am and Sundays at 6 pm. Father Viego’s show will air the first two weekends of February; the Salud Hondu show will air the third and fourth weekends of February.

St. Michael the Archangel

Wilmington Catholic Radio is an apostolate serving the Catholic Church and consistently operating in accord with the principles and truths of the Catholic Faith as expressed in Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition and the living Magisterium of the Church. Our goal is to always provide the community with solid Catholic teaching so Catholics can have an easy way to learn more about their faith, and for non-Catholics to learn what the Church really teaches. This is our mission.
