Carolina Catholic: Molly Lewis

For our second show in November, we chat with Molly Lewis, daughter of Tom and Tara Lewis, who is working in New York City as a filmmaker with both the Frassati Fellowship and the Community of the Franciscan Sisters of the Renewal. In her work, on October 6, 2018, Molly filmed the tenth anniversary of Witness for Life, a silent, prayerful pro-life witness led by members of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, Sisters of Life, and members of the Frassati Fellowship, in front of Planned Parenthood's Margaret Sanger Center in New York City. In this show, we learn about the Sisters and their work with the poor and the Frassati Fellowship, which is a Catholic community of young adults helping one another grow in faith. We also learn about how Molly and fellow filmmaker, Jake Hart, came to make this powerful video.

This show will air on the second two weekends of November: Saturdays at 11am and Sundays at 6pm.

St. Michael the Archangel

Wilmington Catholic Radio is an apostolate serving the Catholic Church and consistently operating in accord with the principles and truths of the Catholic Faith as expressed in Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition and the living Magisterium of the Church. Our goal is to always provide the community with solid Catholic teaching so Catholics can have an easy way to learn more about their faith, and for non-Catholics to learn what the Church really teaches. This is our mission.
