Two Rosary Rallies in Wilmington!

As the Church honors Our Lady in the month of October, Wilmington Catholics will host two Rosary rallies the weekend of October 10th and 11th to honor Our Lady and pray her Rosary in the public square. You may attend both or either of these rallies. All are welcome.

The first rally is in honor of Our Lady of Fatima under the banner of America Needs Fatima. It will be held in front of the old K-Mart on College Road on Saturday, October 10th beginning at 12 noon. This rally honors the anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun which took place in Fatima, Portugal, on October 13, 1917 at noon. We will pray the Rosary and other prayers in honor of Our Lady of Fatima. Rosaries and prayer guides will be provided. This will happen rain or shine.

The second rally, the Rosary Coast to Coast, will be held on Sunday, October 11th, beginning at 4 pm in Long Leaf Park, formerly Hugh MacRae Park, at the intersection of Oleander Drive and Pine Grove Road, where we will pray the full Rosary (all four Mysteries) for our nation during this time of crisis, as tens of thousands across the country join from coast to coast to pray for America. Rosaries and prayer guides will be provided. This will happen rain or shine.

Sadly, there will be no Life Chain Wilmington this year.  Questions? Please contact Judi Paparozzi at 910-471-1534.

Wilmington Catholic Radio is an apostolate serving the Catholic Church and consistently operating in accord with the principles and truths of the Catholic Faith as expressed in Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition and the living Magisterium of the Church. Our goal is to always provide the community with solid Catholic teaching so Catholics can have an easy way to learn more about their faith, and for non-Catholics to learn what the Church really teaches. This is our mission.
