Carolina Catholic learns about the Latin Mass (Mass in the Extraordinary Form)

For our second show in January, we talk with Tom and Tara Lewis, who have helped bring the Traditional Latin Mass to the Basilica Shrine of St. Mary's over the past decade. Tom and Tara have a great love for the Mass in the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite, and they will share what it's like to attend Mass celebrated in Latin, the differences between the Novus Ordo Mass (that we attend weekly) and the Latin Mass, and how having this Mass in Wilmington has been a blessing to so many who love or have come to love the Latin Mass.

This show will air on Wilmington Catholic Radio's four stations, 91.7 FM, 93.1 FM, and 103.1 FM in Wilmington and 100.7 FM in Southport on the second two weekends of January, Saturdays at 11 a.m. and Sundays at 6 p.m.

St. Michael the Archangel

Wilmington Catholic Radio is an apostolate serving the Catholic Church and consistently operating in accord with the principles and truths of the Catholic Faith as expressed in Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition and the living Magisterium of the Church. Our goal is to always provide the community with solid Catholic teaching so Catholics can have an easy way to learn more about their faith, and for non-Catholics to learn what the Church really teaches. This is our mission.
