Carolina Catholic sits and chats with the Very Reverend Michael Burbeck, Vicar General

For our first show in May, we chat with our diocesan Vicar General, the Very Reverend Michael J. Burbeck, about the diocese and the 2025 Bishop's Annual Appeal (BAA). In this show, Father talks about the many unknown works done by the diocese, and he also delves into what a diocese is, the kind of work that goes on at the diocesan level, and the importance of the BAA. Father gives wonderful examples of the good work that goes on daily in our diocese including, but not limited to, weddings, Project Rachel, retreats for Faith Formation leaders, and the work of the Tribunal on the validity or nullity of a prior marriages at no cost to the petitioner. He also explains how the funds raised during the BAA stay in our diocese and how those funds are used to help us all.

This show will air on Wilmington Catholic Radio's three stations, 91.7 FM, 93.1 FM, and 103.1 FM on Saturdays at 11 am and Sundays at 6 pm on the first two weekends of May. You can listen on-line live by clicking on the Listen Now tab. Or, listen 24/7 by going to the Carolina Catholic tab and clicking on the show page.
