Carolina Catholic chats with Catholic writer, Father Jeffrey Kirby, about his new book

For our first show in June, our guest is Father Jeffrey Kirby, S.T.D., pastor of Our Lady of Grace Parish, Indian Land, South Carolina and a prolific Catholic author. His newest book called Way of the Cross for Loved Ones Who Have Left the Faith is a devotional aid to those of us who have loved ones who have left the Catholic faith. In this book, Father Kirby shows us how to pray for this intention by joining our sufferings with those of Jesus in the Stations of the Cross. While contemplating our Savior's sacrificial love, we can intercede for friends and family as they spiritually carry the cross with Jesus asking him to lead our loved ones back to God and His Church.

This show will air on Wilmington Catholic Radio's three stations, 91.7 FM, 93.1 FM, and 103.1 FM in Wilmington on the first two weekends of June, Saturdays at 11 a.m. and Sundays at 6 p.m.

St. Michael the Archangel

Wilmington Catholic Radio is an apostolate serving the Catholic Church and consistently operating in accord with the principles and truths of the Catholic Faith as expressed in Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition and the living Magisterium of the Church. Our goal is to always provide the community with solid Catholic teaching so Catholics can have an easy way to learn more about their faith, and for non-Catholics to learn what the Church really teaches. This is our mission.
