We chat with John McCullouch, a 24 year veteran who served in both the Marines and the National Guard in a Guard unit that was deployed to Iraq as recounted in the book, Gravity, written by Beth Underwood. John was an atheist for 43 years and has been a devout Catholic now for almost two years. He came into the Catholic faith in 2013, but it wasn't until he saw and heard Father James Altman preach and share the faith that he truly came to know Jesus Christ and the Real Presence in the Eucharist. In addition, last year, he states that his son was healed by Christ from an aggressive malignant cancer.
