Carolina Catholic goes to the Movies

For its second May show, Carolina Catholic's host, Judi Paparozzi, and fellow film buff and St. Therese parishioner, Tom Lewis, share their mutual love of the cinema and bring you their top 20 best Catholic movies. Tom's list includes such classics as On the Waterfront, Angels with Dirty Faces, The Cinderella Man, I Confess, The Cardinal, The Scarlet and the Black, Come to the Stable, and other movies that have deep Christian symbolism. Judi's list is a bit more of the traditional religious movies like The Song of Bernadette, The Robe, King of Kings, Miracle of Our Lady at Fatima, Ben Hur, and others that impacted her faith deeply. Tom and Judi explore the casts, the plots, the key scenes, and the values that each movie brings to life on the big screen, and all of these movies have proven good viewing for the whole family.
