My guest is Father Dave Pivonka, president of Franciscan University of Steubenville (FUS), who spoke to me about a pending United States Supreme Court case, R.G. and G.R. Harris Funeral Homes, Inc. v. EEOC, that FUS has joined other religious institutions in filing an amicus curiae brief (friend of the court), so that the Court does not redefine the word, sex, to include gender identity. Fr.
