We meet the author of Finding Viganò, Dr. Robert Moynihan, who is the founder and editor of the magazine, Inside the Vatican. Dr. Moynihan was sent by TAN Publishers on a mission to find Archbishop Viganò after he released his Testimony in August of 2018.
